A: If we have product in stock, free sample could be provided. If not, we will send over similar product for reference, or make sample for approval with additional cost.

A: For first order, usually lead time around 45-60 days. For repeat order, usually around 30-45 days.

A: We 100% test our products before shipping. If any quality problem does happen, we will replace the faulty ones and we afford the air cost.
